LDA.iMdA architetti associati

LDA.iMdA associated architects was founded in 1999 with the aim of structuring a laboratory of Architecture, Interiors and Design. After several years of research at the Design Department of Florence Faculty of Architecture, the office focuses on the professional activities in various national and international contests. It wins awards and competitions, such as the Architecture Project For Five Degraded Suburban Areas in Prato, Project for a bathing area in Castelnuovo Val di Cecina (Pisa),  Project for a new bridge over the Arno river, Project for a School in Caraglio (Cuneo) and Pisa Commission Prize. It wins several design awards such as the Red Dot Award 2012 with Aria Tap by Webert, Glasshouse European Competition in London, Colombo Design Calls For Creativity in Milan and the Living in Bathroom competitions in Florence for bathroom accessories. LDA.iMdA has been invited to exhibit their works in various universities and has been published in national and international magazines/books among which there are: Deezen, Domus, Archdaily, Interni,  Casabella’s Almanacco degli Architetti Italiani and Exhibition Design 2.
In 2012 it participates at Salone del Mobile, exposing the project MenoperMeno in Antonio Lupi’s space.
For the Design, it has clients such as: Colombo Design, Plumbing, Webert, Stilhaus, Officinanove, Slide Design, Qsquared, Pezzani. Since 2010 Lda.iMdA has a Brazilian headquarters in Belo Horizonte, LDA-In.Brasil, where architecture and design projects are developed.
