The project was created after winning a private competition to reform an office building in the 22@ Barcelona’s district. A new lobby designed to avoid conventional business solutions. A coherent proposal in the use of materials and the constructive systems.The space achieves a modern look. Furniture and lamps designed using raw steel and bright wood as main materials.
The landscape intervention incorporates criteria of biophilia and design according to WELL certification standards. A criteria used to improve the health and welfare of the businesses and that maintain talent. An entrance dignified with a continuous floral wall in the internal facade, therefor, the pedestrian is invited to enter the building. The glass door makes the lobby visible from the street. Through this transparency, the spaces permeate.
