The project consists of a freestanding building four storeys high and with two basement levels for parking, storage and technical rooms. The compactness and dual orientation of the dwellings are considered a key aspect of the overall configuration, allowing a rhythm on an urban scale, which defines the project in accordance with the existing profile of the surroundings.
The block consists of 32 dwellings with three cores containing staircases and lifts, providing access to two and three apartments per floor and enabling a dual orientation for all the dwellings. The roof is pitched without eaves. Urban features are minimised. Outside the perimeter of the façade there are garden areas and a small, hard, irregular surface as a path with street furniture. There are also a swimming pool and a sports area for homeowners, within the private garden areas.
