327 Hill Houses

327 Hill Houses

Project Description

The houses are designed in a cuboid form, covered with a gable roof. The use of a homogeneous, synthetic composition, colouring and choice of façade materials ensures the modern and coherent character of the houses. The buildings represent a contemporary interpretation of the classic form of residential buildings, with a modernised gable roof without eaves, with hidden gutters and a homogeneous roof and wall coverings, as well as a contemporary composition of window openings. Due to the size of the plot, its geometric shape and inclination, as well as its alignment, the houses are grouped in a system similar to twin buildings, congruent to each other within the plot, but not identical because of the shape of the plot and exposure to the sun.
