Project Description
The various office blocks are ordered by an interwoven trefoil formation, orientated to the north and south.
The juxtaposition of empty and full, solid and drifting, courtyards and blocks, perceived as a disquieting display of floating shapes, invites us to experience contrasting compositions, both positive and negative.
Typologically, the building is set out like a comb. The arrangement of the blocks allows them to be divided into distinctive areas or to be integrated with others, ensuring maximum flexibility.
The courtyards attract architectural attention, with meeting, resting and communication spaces created around them.
Vertical access is encouraged by means of stairs and footbridges, alternating playfully with voids that turn this space into an architectural spectacle. The skin of ceramic cylinders that envelops these volumes catches the light and produces shimmering reflections.
