Biscotto Cafe

Biscotto Cafe

Project Description

This project involves the refurbishment and interior design of a new coffee shop franchise, creating the unique sense of modernity and the relaxed atmosphere that the client was aspiring to.
The budget demanded strict cost management, providing the opportunity to try alternative solutions to those typical of interior design development. This included the introduction of individual refurbishment and finishing solutions from different sources, some of which were far removed from the coffee industry. Recycled, reused and readapted materials are everywhere to be found in the project, also enhancing the sustainability factor sought by the client and imposed by the budget as well, creating a uniquely warm and relaxed atmosphere. One of the most interesting features of the design is the big window through which you can watch the cooking process from the street. This not only represents a connection between the inner core of the café and potential customers, but has also became a spectacle for kids who witness a chef cooking and creating the funny and tasty-looking muffins the shop has to offer.
