Fairscape Precinct

Fairscape Precinct

Project Description

The owner sought to develop a mixed used precinct with an iconic global presence. This was achieved by introducing the iconic tower, built with triangular precast concrete elements referring to the diamond trade in Botswana.
The colours of the façades facing the low- rise buildings reflect the earthy colours of Botswana.
This development is a mixed use precinct, which will have a wide variety of tenants in both the offices and the retail areas at piazza level. Although the Botswana Development Corporation will occupy the tower, this is not a corporate head office, since they only occupy 3 of the 15 floors.
The project was completed within budget and gave the owner the return on investment that was projected when the BDC board approved the development.
