Project Description

HUB 4.0 is a new, ultramodern form of office space, in a place where the most progressive Ukrainian developments are concentrated.

The space consists of three floors. The first floor welcomes guests with a massive panel with a logo, proceeding to a light glass structure. An elongated reception desk is emphasised by bright dynamic lighting. Workspaces are separated from the transit zone by the structural wall made of plywood.

The structure of the second floor allows for flexible space and plenty of areas for informal communication. Coffee points, windowsills with benches and soft cushions, a lounge area in the shape of amphitheatre serve the purposes of work, communication, presentations, parties or lectures.

The third floor houses co-working, meeting rooms, a skype room, as well as several themed conference rooms. Open flowing spaces and the reception area promote business communication.
