Project Description
In line with the scale of the neighbourhood, our proposal conforms to a general policy of creating closed blocks, with buildings running continuously alongside the roads and featuring extensive and private central areas.
The guidelines and recommendations set out are clearly consistent with the idea of creating streets and lead to the realisation of buildings that fit in with this project.
This form of urban development makes it possible to undertake the building work and the demolition work, both of which are characteristic of this sort of project, in phases and in a coherent fashion.
