Project Description
The IT building stands for an interesting range of units, from lofts to two-bedroom apartments. Their façades harmonise different finishing materials, highlighting the balconies that provide an awesome view of the city. This is one of the few recent projects in São Paulo that combines residential and corporate use in the same tower. The lower half provides the office floors, while the upper floors comprise eight apartments each.
