The one-story warehouse and production building, which was built in the 1940ies as a
tire and vehicle workshop has been completely renovated and adapted for conversion into
a loftoffice building. The structure of the building was reorganised so that new office spaces
were lined up along the glass fassade with a wide hallway and a meeting area including a
kitchen in the center of the officebuilding.
The devision between the offices and the corridor are of clear room-high glass walls with
units of wooden filing-cabinets and shelters. This way the daylight brightens up the corridor
area.
