Project Description
Marquise Ibirapuera derives its name from its close relationship with Ibirapuera Park. This building affords a delightful view of the most famous park in São Paulo. Each floor with one apartment is orientated to the east and west. The tower is central enough on the site to provide good natural lighting. On the ground floor there is the leisure area, which includes a swimming pool, fitness centre and ballroom.
