Project Description

The “Berolina” housing cooperative built low-cost apartments with quality interiors on Sebastianstrasse in Berlin-Mitte, a total of five buildings with 95 residential units measuring 40-135m². The design of the façades takes up motifs typical of modern cooperative housing. The outdoor spaces with generously laid out green areas are an important qualitative element of the new residential quarter. There is a central underground parking garage with 83 spaces. The energy consumption of the apartments is 45% below the minimum legal requirements for new buildings.
