Project Description
Praça Vila Nova is a project spanning an entire block near an avenue. Its functions are distributed between two residential towers that share a leisure area and a natural square right in from of them, in the centre of the block. Both towers have one apartment per floor, with a generous balcony. The project highlight is the distance between the entrances to the towers, due to the square between them, which ensures natural daylight for the apartments and a large, green leisure area.
