Rio Nazas 205 is a real estate development project of the office which is followed by a building completed door to door in 2016. Its location within Mexico City is very prominent
due to its proximity to Avenida Reforma and all the corporate buildings that have been developed over the last years.
The project is based on an analysis of both the area and the building of the same office next to it. One of the natural questioners at the beginning of the project is to continue
with the same line of Rio Nazas 207, respect this immediate context and / or take the importance of the neighbor, but generate a dialogue with an aesthetical differential. Rio
Nazas 205 maintains the language that indicates the land use of the colony and specifically the street, with a very clear communication with the neighbor, but it marks a
singularity in its horizontal elements that frame each level and the use of a material that It stands out for its color, in addition to its texture, black brick. The use of natural
materials is maintained, highlighting apparent concrete, black brick, metal and natural stones. The building has 10 residential apartments with a prototype that is repeated in 9 of
them with a very clear program of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, balconies and service area.
