Project Description

Purity is the keyword for this single-family house, which is located in Oran, Çankaya. The residential area is characterised by semi-detached and terraced housing. The plot is on a corner, facing two roads to the north and west, while its south façade faces the garden.
A titanium and zinc roof merges with the entrance façade. Zinc, basalt and aluminium form a composition in different grey tones. Linear, narrow eaves on the front façade welcome guests from the stairs to the entrance.
The ground floor is used for daily family life. The living room at the corner, with a view of the garden, is impressive with its two-storey height. The first floor is reserved for the master bedroom and the attic level is for children. The garden level is where the family can relax and spend their leisure time, with the cinema room or the sauna.
