The Deck is 2 blocks of 7-storey condominium located near Patong beach, the most famous beach in Phuket, Thailand. The first building is on the long narrow part of the triangle-shape site, pointing to Pathong Beach and Andaman Sea. The lap pool with an infinity edge and landscape are located on the roof top for enjoying visual continuity to sea view. While the second building is in L-shape with the large open space on ground for main swimming pool. The site shape constraint gives each building a unique view of natural surrounding and facility experience.
To enhance the user’s outdoor living lifestyle, the cantilevered balcony of 3 m. wide and 2.2-3.3 m. long is provided in every units. They are staggered to create higher ceiling space and distinctive façade. The balcony ceiling which can be perceived strongly from ground is a bright ocean blue colour representing colour of the Andaman Sea and black-light of Pathong beach’s nightlife. The project was named following this unique balcony and façade design, The Deck.
