Project Description
This bargain plot in the Tortolita mountains had no distant views and presented a challenge for us as the potential architect and for the client who, as a speculative entrepreneur, had hoped we could fix this problem. We achieved this by raising it high enough to create a viewing floor that also encompassed the entire living space, as a bridge above a car park with garages, storage etc. With good taste, good sense, some cash and a financial backer, we produced, in a collaborative manner, a fabulous residence for sale.
