Project Description
Located at the front of the Lima bay, Vertical House is integrated into the complex and irregular terrain of reduced dimensions that forced the creation of a vertical volume that takes advantage of the privileged sea views. The limited space – a plot of 105 square metres – required a vertical development that is divided into four levels. The house has a first floor dedicated to service, the second has been developed into a social area, the third houses the master bedroom and on the fourth there are the bedrooms for children.
The house plays with transparencies and generates dynamism, with a relationship between transparency and opacity that depends on the landscape. It is built upwards, opening the social and private areas of the house towards the Pacific Ocean.
