Formally it is conceived as a forceful prism with great compactness, where facade
and cover present the same finish in continuity, looking for a clear formal singularity
within the simplicity of its concept.
In ground floor the opaque enclosure is minimal, most of it being glazed.
The order of voids is arranged with a double intention, allowing rooms with adequate
lighting, as well as visually integrating the exterior of the plot into the interior of the house.
It has underfloor heating, mechanical ventilation heat recovery system and
photovoltaic installation.
