Wall House

Project Description

Wall House is the physical expression of a family’s life, with a large shell protecting everyone who inhabits it. This shell encompasses four patios that are developed three-dimensionally. It allows the inhabitants to enjoy infinite freedom in the interior, with the patios penetrating to the terraces and the most private rooms.

A large lattice forms a welcoming area on the public ground level, while private life takes place around the patios, where cantilevered terraces and gardens are sheltered by shade, like an oasis in the desert. The house creates free zones, allowing exploration and its inhabitants to get to know themselves and each other better.
