Project Description
The estate on the corner of Brahmsstraße/Klingsorstraße, formerly intended for an extension of the Benjamin Franklin Hospital and idyllically situated at the Bäkepark has been built with a new high quality residential quarter.
The ensemble consists of four new buildings and an existing villa. In the new buildings a total of 34 condominiums were realized as either single-storey apartments or maisonettes.
Central design idea ist he creation of a quiet pocket park as the core of the ensemble. In addition to the differentiated private outdoor spaces it can be used for Community activities and improves both communication and the recreational quality.
The buildings are designed in a clear, modern architectural language and realized diversely with high quality materials.
