Oceans and Mountains

The dichotomy of the mountains and the sea epitomises the longing of holiday seekers for destinations that allow them to leave everyday life far behind. The sea as a summer holiday retreat stands in contrast to winter trips to snowy resorts in the mountains. However, the opposite also holds a particular attraction, with winter by the sea, as a tranquil and icy landscape with windswept snowy landscapes and cosy retreats, as a source of regeneration, or the mountains as an exciting backdrop for summer adventures and sports activities, scenic views and idyllic authenticity.
