Project Description

Arkvista is located in Caddebostan, a quiet residential neighbourhood.
It is on a rectangular site located in the rear part of the main beach axis. From the fourth floor to the top floor, the apartments look out towards Marmara Sea with a view of Prince Island.
Consequently, the building has a broad front with balconies and the living room, followed by the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms, with one apartment per floor.
The façade with the sea-view balconies is shaped by a vertical line throughout the surface. The balconies are set back at the point where they meet the line on each floor. The wide façade is divided by narrow vertical panels on fourteen floors, in order to soften its width. Aluminium composite panels, which reflect the sky, and Kale Sinterflex panels that are lightweight with a stone veneer are used for the façade.
