Arlberg Lodges

Arlberg Lodges

Hotel Description

The chalet is a contemporary interpretation of a typical rustic mountain house, which is enjoying increasing popularity worldwide, especially as a refuge from everyday urban life. The Arlberg Lodges are situated on a prominent slope right in the centre of the small idyllic tourist resort of Stuben at Arlberg. Rough sawn silver fir encases the lodges, a material which blends them into their surroundings. The buildings face away from each other obliquely and are embedded into the slope. Each 3-room apartment features a spacious dining and living area. The fabrics and furnishings of the three houses have different colour schemes, making each one individual. The interior of each lodge features high-quality materials and provides two separate bedrooms and a large bathroom. A continuous window strip in the 300m² wellness area opens up views towards the whole surrounding mountain panorama.

Horizontal, solid wood screening slats in front of the windows look like avalanche barriers securing the steep slopes right next to the wellness area. In the interior, the surfaces of the wellness area feature a wine-red slate floor, textured clay plaster walls and silver fir slats. This area comprises a brine steam bath, a saunarium and a Finnish sauna, multi-sensory and Kneip showers, and an outdoor area with loungers.
