Project Description
The project Casa B is set in a rural lot around Cali, the Mameyal sidewalk. Inscribed on a wooded slope, the house of 190 m2 has 4 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 5 bathrooms, closet and garage.
The idea of the project is the integration of the building in a natural context, one simple volumes that emphasizes the use of their materials in sight and spatial flexibility offered by the use of mobile elements in the facade. Structurally anchored to the ground body evidence 5m a large overhang that forms the parking lot and opened creating access to housing.
