Project Description

The villa is located in Marina di Ragusa, shining with its white exterior, defining the surrounding space and all perspectives of the villa, which are connected to the Marina landscape.
The pool, which reflects the main façade, enhances the purity of the contemporary design of the villa.
The project highlights the relationship with the context, for example through the design of the platform in front of the building and the large window on the corner, affording an exceptional view of the beautiful coast of Marina di Ragusa.

The external metal staircase, a clear reference to naval architecture, leads to the terrace and is sheltered by a pergola that has the same steel and aluminium elements of the sunshade wall.
The outdoor garden and infinity pool, crossed by a light footbridge, are in direct communication with the ground floor, extending its use and liveability.
