Project Description
The project Casa Ferraz has straight and clean lines. Its finishing materials such as concrete and stone leads to a formality where less is more. Common areas harmonise the finishing darker materials with large frames that takes advantage of natural light. The floors that hold one to two apartments offer optimal use of the facades with spacious balconies. The building is divided in height into three phases: the first to the tenth floor, two apartments share the same pavement. The eleventh to the eighteenth floor each corresponds to one apartment. Finally, the penthouse apartment located on the nineteenth floor is a triplex with a large balcony, emphasising the view of the region. The project stands out for differential treatment of the building to distinct projections as well as great setback from the street observing the brightness of the project itself, the public spaces and adjacent lots.
