Project Description

The centre is designed for those who want to live in the city and enjoy its convenience and amenities, while maintaining privacy and enjoying the charms of life in the countryside near Maksimir Park, the biggest and one of the most beautiful parks in Zagreb.

The building is U-shaped with an internal square open to the south and with gallery-like apartments. The ground floor houses the main entrances with stairs and lifts, utility rooms, offices and group of garages. On the first floor, next to the apartments, there are two commercial spaces. The other floors house residential units.

The apartments have a one-sided, double-sided or three-sided orientation, with the corresponding balconies and terraces.
