D-Cube City

D-Cube City

Project Description

Located in the dense capital city of Seoul, Korea, D-Cube City represents a significant new model for urban renewal and smart density, as well as mixed-use, transit-oriented development. The integrated public district is connected to the Sindorim Station and features over 300,000 square-meters of office and 5-star Sheraton hotel in a high-rise tower, a multi-level leisure and cultural complex, and over six acres of public landscape, parks and plazas. D-Cube City emerges as Seoul’s primary live-work-play-stay destination–a vibrant pedestrian-oriented district with unique retail and dining in its six-level, 80,000 square-meter commercial complex, capped by a 1,400-seat performance hall and green roof as its rooftop centerpiece. The 42-story landmark office and hotel tower rises from the commercial district, while a new public park connects the project to the metro, adjacent river, and recreational facilities. Two adjacent 50-story residential towers complete the new urban complex.
