Myšlín Family House

Myšlín Family House

Project Description

The main theme was to integrate the house with the surroundings as far as possible, preserving the character of the local development, while realising a larger building programme. The contemporary family house undoubtedly meets this requirement. The land slopes downwards from the access road. As it faces south, it was possible to hide part of the house below the ground, thereby limiting its volumetric impact within the aforementioned context. The fact that the exposed façade areas are limited has a positive effect on energy consumption.
