Project Description
The Residence Irene Popard comprises 89 units, including 60 social housing units for rent.
The green corridor is the spine of the project, whose source is located between the buildings of the neighbouring plot. The idea is that the various buildings meander, with a duality between distance and closeness with the other buildings opposite, creating a zigzag movement. The architectural concept of this project is to create a dynamism and lightheartedness. The façades alternate between different shades of green, in an interplay with the green corridor that runs through the buildings. This residence offers the opportunity to live in alternative, quality housing that stands out. Each unit is accessed by the exterior walkway on the north side sheltered by glazed walls. The living space of the housing units is orientated towards the south, extended by large loggias, affording more privacy than balconies or terraces.
