Project Description
This acute-angled property on the outskirts of Randegg in the Lower Austrian Mostviertel region is defined by a road and railway on one side and an evenly ascending slope on the other. The project puts these special features to good use and incorporates the slope to enable ground-level access to the ground-floor surgery, as well as to the residence above it. The approximately 185 m² surgery is barrier-free and designed to be suitable for wheelchair access. A central atrium compensates for the north-facing slope and floods the central reception area with plenty of daylight. The in some cases protruding flat roofs take advantage of the climate and define the external appearance of the building.
