Zoetry Montego Bay is a scenic, all-inclusive, boutique resort located in the upscale Ironshore neighborhood of Montego Bay, Jamaica. Its suites are located along the sandy beaches of Montego Bay just steps away from the Caribbean.
DCM Architecture & Engineering (DCM) performed the recent renovation and expansion of this picturesque resort, transforming it into a luxury destination featuring upscale suites, an open-air restaurant, and a lavish spa. For this project, DCM incorporated design elements that capture the history of the site and the landscape and culture of Jamaica, including equestrian elements, as well as the integration of water, wood, and bamboo. DCM focused on mirroring the natural beauty of Jamaica in every element of the design, including the property’s lush vegetation with a system of fountains and paths to guide guests throughout the resort.
For Phase 2 of the project, DCM is leading the design to convert the existing pool to an infinity pool, add a series of bungalows on the water and a wedding gazebo, and incorporate a river canal.
