Technology Park Reutlingen

Project Description

„TTR Technologieparks Tübingen-Reutlingen GmbH“, a 100% subsidiary of the „L-Bank BadenWürttemberg“, is building a technology park between Reutlingen and Tübingen with a focus on hightechnology products. The campus-like park facility with individual buildings in various stages of construction can be seen along Gerhard-Kindler-Straße parallel to the B28 federal highway. For startups and smaller firms the park will offer multifunctional office spaces beginning at 100 m². The floor plans are conceptualized so that throughout the building in addition to normal office space laboratory rooms, including clean rooms can be set up.

The fourth construction phase adheres to this requirement and continues the H-shaped floor plan type of the existing building. The connecting building in the middle accesses all the rental units in both buildings. The supply rooms and all-purpose rooms located there, like conference rooms, are available to all the tenants. The building structure is set up so that all the building services can be accessed with one cable routing in two vertical shafts which can be retro-fitted as the occasion arises.
